Details Pine Dining is a Summer Chef Cookout Series taking place over eight weekends at the site of the historic Mt. Charleston Lodge. Acclaimed Las Vegas chefs are invited to curate “cookout” weekends for the ultimate mountain dining experience with all proceeds going to the nonprofit of their choice.
As preparations are underway to rebuild and reimagine the beloved Lodge, the Ellis family wants to thank the Las Vegas community for their support and invite them back to enjoy the best of the city’s food and drink amidst the pines.

Parking NO on-site parking. Purchase of shuttle ride required unless you are a cabin guest, being dropped off and picked up at the site of Mt. Charleston Lodge, or require ADA assistance.
Cabin Guests If you have booked a cabin, you will have ONE PARKING SPACE available to use during your stay. There are still cabins available to book. You can book here.
Mt. Charleston Resident Pick Up Local Mt. Charleston residents can be picked up from Lundy Elementary. Please arrive at Lundy at 3:50PM.
ADA Transportation If you require ADA transportation, please email Rachel to coordinate at rbowman@ellisislandcasino.com. You will be provided with a parking spot onsite.
Shuttle Pick Up The drive up to the Lodge will be approximately 30-60 minutes depending on pick up location. Pick up locations and times listed below:
Summerlin Pick Up: RC Willey Summerlin 3850 S Town Center Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89135 Sunday: 3:15PM Shuttle will pick up at the parking area closest to Town Center Dr.
Skye Canyon Pick Up: Santa Fe Station 4949 N Rancho Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89130 Sunday: 3:30PM Follow directions for Santa Fe Station and take Valet thru lane to the Southeast corner lot with the yellow gates (see below map). Shuttle will pick up from this area. Ellis Island Pick Up: Ellis Island Casino & Brewery 4178 Koval Ln Las Vegas, NV 89109 Park on the first floor of the parking garage. Security will be stationed at the parking garage to direct you. Shuttle will pick up from the east casino entrance. Sunday: 3:00PM
Shuttles are not pet-friendly.
